Online Student Registration Now Open

Welcome to the 2019/2020 School year!  

Online registration for returning students is now open for parents to complete. Please log on to your Student 360 Parent Portal account and complete the required registration by August 9th. 

The link to the Student 360 Portal can be found on the Centralia R-VI website, or you can click the quick link here:  https://sdm.sisk12.com/CN360x3/login.  Remember that your username is your complete email address and if you’ve forgotten your password, just select “Forgot Your Password?” and the system will help you out.  Once you are in the Student 360 Parent Portal, you will need to click “view” on the yellow bar at the top.

We ask that all parents complete the required yearly forms for your children prior to August 9th.   We provide this online registration process to help you navigate through all the paperwork in a one-stop-shop format.
