This year, Centralia R-VI welcomes many new teachers, one of them being Ms. Ashley Foreman. Foreman is a new fourth grade teacher at Centralia Intermediate School (CIS).
Prior to teaching in Centralia, Foreman transferred from Moberly where she was also a fourth grade teacher. Her dream has always been teaching. She said, “I became a teacher because I love learning and I wanted to share this love with my students. I also had teachers who were very influential in my life and helped me when I was struggling. I want to do the same for my students.”
Originally from Rush Hill, Missouri, Foreman went to school at Hannibal-LaGrange University and got her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Masters of Science in Special Reading K-12. Foreman enjoys reading, spending time with her family and her two cats and playing video games.
