Massey Begins New Role with Centralia District

By: Gracie Stains, Contributing Writer

Mrs. Chloe Massey is a new speech implementer at Chance Elementary School. Massey attended Columbia College and has her Bachelor of General Studies and Masters of Arts in Teaching degree.

Previously, Massey taught 4th grade for six years at Centralia Intermediate School. She grew up in Centralia and always loved being part of the Centralia community. “It’s fun to continue that now as an adult and raise my kids here.” Massey said. She is excited to start a new job and continue to be a part of this school district.

A new opportunity that would allow her to work with students one-on-one is something Massey was inspired to do. Massey explained her experience as “great” and says everyone is very welcoming.

Massey has been married to her husband Ethan for six years. They have two boys, Ledger and Clyde. She enjoys cooking, baking and spending time with family and friends.
