Centralia High School is extremely excited to announce the hiring of our new Head Girls’ Basketball Coach, Megan Brinkmann.
Megan is a 2008 graduate of Winfield High School. She played basketball at William Woods University from 2008-2012. From 2013-2015 she was a Graduate Assistant at William Woods. She got her first teaching and coaching position at Bowling Green High School in 2015 where she was an assistant for 2 years and then became the Head Coach in the 2017-2018 season where she led the Lady Bobcats to a District Championship. She then accepted a position at Eugene High School to be the High School Girls Basketball Coach and Athletic Director where she has been for the past 4 seasons. Eugene won 3 District Championships under Coach Brinkmann in her 4 seasons there. Coach Brinkmann holds a record of 82 wins and 47 losses in her career and has won 4 District Championships and 1 Sectional Title.
We are very happy to welcome Coach Megan Brinkmann and her family to the Centralia School District.
