I have a BSEd from the University of Missouri-Columbia (1992) and a Masters in Educational Administration from William Woods (2006). I taught all of the high school math classes at Cass Midway from 1992-1997. I taught a variety of math, science, and computer classes at South Shelby from 1997-2001. In 2001, I began teaching seventh grade math in Centralia and have been here since.
Along the way, I have coached volleyball, football, track, and even cheerleading. I have sponsored math club and have worked on several school websites. Currently, besides teaching math, I maintain the Centralia R-6 website, coach middle school track, and do some portrait and sports photography in my free time.
I am a husband to my beautiful wife and father to my two wonderful children. In 1993, I married Terri Motley. In 1995, my son Zach was born and, in 1999, my daughter Mary came into this world. I currently have two dogs: a golden doodle named Max and a basset named Flash. I have two sisters (Toma & Tara) and three brothers (Todd, Troy, and Thad).
