Required Registration Documents

All families with incoming new students must upload the following documents during online registration. Students will not be registered with the district or allowed to attend school until the full enrollment process is completed and the district has the required documents on file with the Registrar’s Office. Documents needed to be submitted during online registration are:

· Copy of residency verifications sent to registration@cr6.org

· Copy of Child’s birth certificate

· Copy of Immunization records

Acceptable Residency Verification Documents

· Two (2) current and different utility bills (gas, water, or electric) showing the parent/guardian’s printed name and address. Bills must be dated within the last 30 days. Final or disconnect notices will not be accepted.

OR

· A current rental agreement or closing settlement statement less than 60 days old.

Your information does NOT need to include financial details; these may be covered or deleted. Other bills (e.g. cell phone, cable, insurance) are not acceptable proof of residence. All documents submitted for residency verification must show a guardian’s name and match the in-district address provided.
